Starting a Small Business: If Stallone Can Do It….

When I first embarked upon the journey of starting a small business, which, in my case, was one of the first day spas in the world for men, I had the notion, derived in no small measure, from the lore surrounding the film and television business, of which I was a part, that having come up with a really good creative idea was enough to attract investors into the project, and that I would not be required to put any of my own money in, which was not abundant, as is the case with many would-be entrepreneurs. If you have thoughts of starting a small business of your own, and you don’t have enough of your own money to get it off the ground, you may have the same idea that I had.
